Brimstone represented Critical Mass Wrestling at the August 16th 2001 taping of "The Ricki Lake Show." The shows topic was on "Backyard Wrestling," entitled "Backyard Bloodbath!" Brimstone clearly informed the kids involved of the consequences concerning their actions. Brim stressed to the parents of the backyarders to get them into the wrestling classroom, and out of the yards where they can be seriously injured or even killed. Following Brimstone's address, former WCW performer, "Stevie Ray" appeared, giving his two-cents about how foolish backyard wrestling really is. After the taping, Brimstone posed with Stevie Ray, and an inspired young Jeremy S. of Pennsylvania whose older brother Allen also appeared on the show.
